The main gym lobby RTUs at Sequoyah High School are in need of replacement. The two (2) 20-Ton ground mounted RTUs are located on the front corners near the entry of the lobby and are connected to the building duct system with exterior manufactured galvanized steel ducting and are weather sealed. The existing RTUs are natural gas fueled. The existing RTUs are connected to a building automation system (BAS), and the replacement equipment will need to be compatible with the BAS. Ionization air purification devices will be added to the duct system as a duct accessory. Removal & disposal of existing units and installation of new units is part of the bid.
