Specifications include, but are not limited to:
Venue: Set up for a formal, sit-down dinner. Will need an area for presenting to the crowd and a reception/sign-up area.
Catering: Plated dinner including dessert. Please provide menu options, including a children’s menu, with the proposed per-attendee prices. Catering cost should include nonalcoholic beverages and be all-inclusive of staff, linens, glassware, silverware, plates, etc.
Bar: Cash bar with bartender services.
