The current internet system is used for students and faculty to access the internet for video conferences, online learning, research, cloud based services, and the student curriculum. Cherokee Nation (CN) is seeking to increase the current internet data link at the Kenwood, Oklahoma CN Head Start from a 25mbps DSL internet connection with VPN to a 100mbps Ethernet circuit to their main office for internet and filtering purposes. Their current DSL Internet service requires a separate Cisco ASA 5505 firewall to create a VPN connection back to their main office for internet filtering, as well as access to other services and databases. The new circuit will replace the DSL VPN connection in order to connect the Kenwood Head Start to the main office for internet and filtering purposes.
