The selected Contractor shall provide the following services weekly (32 times) at each location: 1. Labor, materials and equipment for implementation of requested services: a. Areas mowed, trimmed, edged and cleaned i. String line trimming is required around all obstacles including but not limited to signs, fences, building lines, trees and steps. This trimming shall be performed with each mowing. ii. Blade edging of all sidewalks, concrete pads, walkways and curbs shall be performed with each mowing. Use of a string trimmer for edging purposes will not be accepted. 2. Damage to tree trunk tissue is not acceptable. 3. When possible, mower discharges shall be directed in a manner as to not discharge onto hard surfaces, streets, vehicles, tree wells, play areas or landscape beds. 4. At all times, safety devices on all equipment will be used as designed by the equipment manufacturer. 5. Trash removal from sites (litter removal from grounds is necessary prior to each mowing). 6. Tree limbs on the ground removed from site. 7. Grass shall not be mowed higher than 3 inches. 8. Provide a schedule as to which day each site will be mowed. No grass clippings, leaves, limbs, trash or any yard waste will be blown, raked or otherwise left in roadway, on sidewalks, drainage areas or City Property. City citations could be issued for any violations listed above. Bagging of clippings is not required; however, removal of excess grass clippings is necessary after each mowing. No more than 24 hours may elapse between mowing and clean-up.
