This requirement will be necessary for the 2025 Tinker Air Show on 28 - 29 June 2025. The Contractor shall provide all air show narration services designed to entertain, inform, and manage the air show spectators to include:
- Providing equipment necessary to enhance production value, including music playback (NO CD or CASSETTE) and provision for connection of other performer's music playback equipment, 2-way VHF air band communication with aircraft for “live from the cockpit” retransmissions, plus receive only of UHF aircraft frequencies for retransmissions if necessary.
- Reviewing participating aircraft focusing on narration requirements.
- Reviewing flight schedules focusing on entertainment presentation.
- Pre-coordination with airfield management and emergency services for incident response to control the crowd during a mishap, emergency situations, or security incident.
- Coordination of aerial acts with provided narrators and their narration requirements.
- Keep the air show spectators aware of upcoming and on-going events, sponsorship recognition, activities, entertainment, concessions, or other announcements directed by Tinker AFB.
- Participating in the daily safety and flight sequence briefings.
- Narration of, or management of, the narration of all air show flying activities to include rehearsal day (27 June 2025).
- Participating in the daily safety and flight sequence briefings.
- Available to sing National Anthem of the United States and/or Canada.
- Participate in the live streaming of air show activities (if available during the air show).
