Specifications include, but are not limited to: Day One (Sunday 9/15/19) Pre-conference activities • VIP Reception for 20 people from 5:15-5:45 pm. Buffet w/ light refreshments; Bar (wine, beer, mixed drinks) • VIP Dinner for 50 people from 6:00–7:00 pm. Plated meal; tables in banquet rounds; wine bottles at tables (red and white); menu w/ dietary restrictions considered; desserts included. • General Reception for 75-100 people from 7:15-9:00 pm. Cash bar with drink tickets (wine, beer and mixed drinks) and hot and cold hors d’oeuvres Day Two (Monday 9/16/19) • Coffee, tea, and water service all day • Mid-morning and Afternoon breaks with w/ light refreshment • Buffet Lunch for 175 people from 11:50 am-12:45 pm; include dessert and light beverages; dietary restrictions considered.
