The selected supplier will be responsible for performing the following: • Whole genome sequencing (WGS) for approximately 3,000 to 4,000 germline DNA samples, the initial project will use ~700 DNA samples for the WGS. • Whole genome methylation sequencing for approximately 700 to 1,200 samples for future project. • Delivery of raw sequencing data in standardized file formats. • Adherence to turnaround time expectations. 5.2 Sample Requirements • Sample Type: Germline DNA (gDNA). • Quantity: Minimum of 100 nanograms per sample. • Concentration: Minimum 2 ng/µL. • Shipping Conditions: Ambient or frozen (per vendor recommendation). 5.3 Sequencing Requirements • Whole genome sequencing (WGS): o Target coverage: Minimum average of 30x. • Whole genome methylation sequencing: o Target coverage: Minimum average of 30x. • Sequencing platforms must be industry-standard, high-throughput instruments...
