This new site should more prominently feature Cherokee Nation news and communications while shifting the searches for Cherokee services from a point-and-click exercise to a more intuitive AI-enabled search or chat activity. Design Adhere to Cherokee Nation Communication’s branding requirements. Create a modern, clean visual design. Optimize for various devices – mobile, tablet, desktop. Accessibility features for users with disabilities. (ADA compliant) Integrate with current Umbraco CMS Platform Content Each department in Cherokee Nation maintains its own content. It must be easy for each department to continue to make updates. Use SEO optimization best practices. Functionality Must use AI-enabled search or chat capabilities to allow citizens to easily find services. For instance, finding Youth Services should be enabled through a conversational-style chat functionality from within the site homepage versus the current method of navigating to Home > All Services > Human Services > Youth Services & Special Projects.
