The contractor shall provide all management,instructors, counselors, curriculum, facilities/lodging, transportation for contractor and
subcontractor personnel, media, meals and childcare to conduct Adventures in Marriage Weekend Retreats and Family Frontiers Weekend Retreats as further identified in the Performance Work Statement.
SEPTEMBER- DECEMBER: One Adventures in Marriage Weekend Retreat -
- Exclusion dates: Weekends on or near Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve
JANUARY- MARCH: One Adventures in Marriage Weekend Retreat -
Exclusion dates: Weekends on or near New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King
holiday, President’s Day, Easter or Spring Break
APRIL- JUNE: One Family Frontiers Weekend Retreat -
Exclusion dates: Weekends on or near Easter, Spring Break, Memorial Day, high school graduation, or Juneteenth
JULY- AUGUST: Weekend Retreat or Family Frontiers Weekend -
Exclusion dates: Weekends on or near Independence Day or the first day of school.
