The City of Edmond (the “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified CLEET certified (licensed) company with demonstrated experience in providing unarmed security guard services. All services are to be provided by personnel experienced in their respective field and in a manner consistent with the standards of care, diligence, and skill ordinarily exercised by professional consultants in similar fields and as required by law. Unarmed security guards will be stationed in the City Hall building at the security desk located at the main ingress/egress point of the building. Guards will direct and greet individuals, operate a metal detection system, perform walkthroughs, and provide security monitoring to the facilities and for personnel. Guard services will be needed in the interior of the Municipal Court on court days. Court days occur approximately 2-3 days per week from 7:30 AM to approximately 2:00 PM. On non-court days, services will only be needed for monitoring the exterior of the Municipal Court Building.
