12.1. Equipment, minimum requirements 12.1.1. 4 – Outdoor speakers: Tennis Courts and Front Plaza, no more than 50’ coverage 12.1.2. 2 – Indoor speakers 12.1.3. 2 – Wireless microphones 12.1.4. 1 – Amp, if existing not retained 12.2. Optional Additional Location Solution must provide wireless cover of the West Tennis Courts 12.2.1. 1 – 2 Outdoor speakers: No path for physical cables available 12.2.2. Power drawn from nearby power pole or TBD 12.2.3. Additional expectations will be provided during the mandatory walk through. 12.3. Include product information and specification information for all products and materials that would be used as determined by the mandatory walk-through and resulting addendum in your submission. 12.3.1. The supplier shall install the new system as per these requirements and with the directions of the Union IT department project manager. This includes programming and testing the system. 12.3.2. Existing equipment should be used when applicable. 12.3.3. Existing equipment not used will be returned to the owner/district.
