Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Supplier shall: 4.3.1 Coordinate with the University to identify improvements available within the market. 4.3.2 Keep the University informed of significant changes and/or trends in the marketplace throughout the year and provide the University with an annual forecast of market conditions. 4.3.3 Provide high quality, nutritious foods for student-athletes addressing their specific need for a high-performance diet. Provide up to potentially three meals a day for up to 600 athletes and 100+ staff as well as cook-to-order and grab- andgo options at multiple locations. 4.3.4 Provide the latest innovations in technology for operations, mobile ordering capabilities, food delivery mechanisms and equipment to enhance customer experience, convenience, and participation. 4.3.5 Meet the needs of the University’s diverse student-athlete population and must provide a quality food service at all venues that includes options which are healthy, protein rich, and inclusive of special dietary concerns (vegetarian, vegan, culturally required, etc). 4.3.6 The Supplier may also be required to routinely supply meals, beverages, and paper goods to student-athletes who are ill or have University mandated classes that prevent them from being able to attend meals during designated mealtimes. 4.3.7 Provide food service during campus closures, i.e. weather conditions, such as tornados or flooding, ice or snow storms, pandemic restrictions, and/or holidays. 4.3.8 Provide catering and conference food services satisfying a wide range of client needs. 4.3.9 Utilize kitchen space that is shared for cooking and preparation for home football games. Currently the Training Table is housed in the South Club (two floors) of the football stadium. The Supplier must share space with the Concessions Supplier awarded under RFP2024-X. If the same Supplier is awarded both the Training Table and Concessions contracts, there will be two separate staffs and Income Statements managing each operation. The Supplier for Training Table may not be able to utilize certain spaces starting on Friday afternoon of home football games.
