Service Company shall provide repairs for traffic signals on an as needed basis as determined by the Traffic Signal Division Manager Competitive bids for major lighting projects are excluded from this bid. The Service Company under this agreement shall be the primary service provider for the street light work requested by the City of Broken Arrow Traffic Signal Division of the Street Department and will be called to provide requested traffic signal repair within the City of Broken Arrow. Only street lighting repair, labor, material, equipment, and any other cost of repair will fall under this agreement. Scope of signal work may vary depending on the needs of the City of Broken Arrow. The work may be minor in nature such as installation of traffic signal cabinets, installing temporary signal poles and lighting.
