Specifications include, but are not limited to: We are looking for a timing / race management company to provide the following for our upcoming Outpace Cancer Race on Sept. 15, 2018: The Start/Finish line will be located at the Stephenson Cancer Center in Oklahoma City. 3 races – 10K / 5K / 1-mile fun run We anticipate 500 – 700 participants Race Management Services to include: 1. Expo / Packet Pick-Up Support 2. Event consulting 3. Coordinating police / public safety requirements 4. Street / city permits 5. Parking control plan 6. Potable restroom services 7. Online event registration integration 8. Volunteer allocation plan 9. Volunteer training and captain designation 10. Course layout, design and making 11. Setup and teardown of equipment 12. PA system, announcements and music 13. Timing services and results reporting 14. Vendor logistics 15. Procure USTAF certification and liability insurance
