Furnishing all tools, materials and labor and performing the work necessary to construct street and water line improvements on 1st Street from Central Avenue to Grand Avenue in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The water line work includes 347 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, 18 linear feet of 6- inch PVC pipe, two three-way fire hydrants and various valves, fittings, service connections and other water line appurtenances. The street improvements include 3,230 square yards of cold milling asphalt pavement, 170 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 87 square yards of 4 inch concrete sidewalk, driveway, concrete pavement and concrete base repairs, 317 Tons of Type S5 asphalt and 226 Tons of Type S6 asphalt.
