The required work consists of the following but not limited to:
- Continuous monitoring (24/7) of the Fire & Security alarm system
- Notify Fire or Police immediately of an alarm alert notification
- Notify Cemetery Director and Foremen within 15 mins of an alarm alert notification
- Conduct annual system testing, cleaning and inspection of panels, detectors, stations, and alarms
- Provide monthly monitoring reports and annual inspection/test reports
Equipment & System: The government owned Fire & Security system consists of two (2) systems:
- Honeywell fire control panel located in the administrative building: the system consists of ten (10) Strobe / Audible Alarms, seven (7) - Smoke Detectors, three (3) - Pull Stations, and one (1) keypads.
- GE/EST iO500 fire alarm panel located in the maintenance building: the system consists of eleven (11) - Smoke Detectors, eight (8) Strobe / Audible Alarms, three (3) - Pull Stations, and one (1) keypads.
Note: The monitoring system used by the contractor will need to be compatible with the existing equipment.
