Furnishing all tools, materials, and labor and performing the work necessary to rehabilitate the former Santa Fe Depot, which measures approximately 4800 square feet in floor area. Project includes replacing the concrete apron that surrounds the depot building. Connect to all utilities that will be extended to the project site by the City. Provide landscaping materials and labor for the multiple planting areas shown on the Plans and Specifications. Replace the historic roof tile with the exact materials specified on the Plans and Specifications. All work must comply with Section 106 Standards as they pertain to the exterior and interior of the building, as well as exterior doors and windows. All exterior work will take place within close proximity to an active railroad track so perimeter construction fencing will be required on the west side of the building and a permit, specific training, and enhanced liability insurance may be required by BNSF Railroad.
