● The intake system shall streamline the collection and management of critical information for students and families new to the country, particularly those with limited or interrupted formal education, and support the identification of Newcomers and Students with Limited or Interrupted Formal Education (SLIFE) to enable educators and schools to provide tailored instruction and targeted support. ● The system shall facilitate the assessment of student’s academic needs in their home language, cultural and family background and other relevant factors to help schools and district teams adjust the support systems accordingly. ● The system shall provide parent-facing information and/or questions for capturing family data in multiple languages, including, but not limited to the district’s top five languages: Hmong, Chuukese, Pashto, Dari, and Marshallese, in addition to Spanish with the option to upload additional language translations at a later time. ● Expected functionality must include, but not limited to a centralized intake system with seamless integration with Clever for efficient management and accessibility. ● Must provide a comprehensive data collection with the ability to gather detailed information on previous education history, language skills, and proficiency...
