The district wishes to enter into agreement with one or more qualified entities capable of supplying and administering oversight of the entities staff to provide one or more of the following services: Proposer(s) shall provide a variety of specialized educational and related services to Special Education students, aged 3-21, as determined by their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or Section 504 Plans. Services may include, but are not limited to: School Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Visual Impairment Services, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services. The awarded Proposer(s) shall meet the minimum performance requirements outlined in this proposal and work collaboratively with Tulsa Public Schools (TPS) staff and other district-assigned entities to support students' academic, social, and developmental progress
