The Cherokee National Holiday Office is requesting proposals for security service at the 73rd Cherokee National Holiday. The 2 teams of two overnight shifts, one team will be guarding the Cherokee Nation Cultural Grounds. We will also need daytime security and traffic control at the Cherokee Nation Cultural Grounds. Security Services Locations and Dates* required (subject to change): 6 teams of one supervisor and 5 guards for a total of 36 guards • Cherokee Nation Cultural Grounds (16967-16999 W 810 Rd, Tahlequah, OK 74464) o August 29, 2025 - 1PM to August 30, 2025 - 7AM o August 30, 2025 – 11AM to August 31, 2025 - 7AM o Friday & Saturday day/overnight The winning proposal will include the furnishing of all labor, materials, administration, services, supplies, equipment, transportation, insurance requirements, personnel and implementation of the quality control measures necessary to provide security services.
