The University seeks to retain the services of a Supplier to comply with all Higher Education, State, and Federal requirements and support the University’s mission of supplying high quality education to its students and contributing to the advancement of the entire state of Oklahoma. Deliver fast effective service to University Departments. Contain the overall costs of a responsive program. The proposed solution shall be: Flexible to accommodate changing requirements and conditions as needed during the life of the contract; Flexible to comply with, and advance, Higher Education, State and Federal policy changes; Expandable and reducible, as needed, to meet Contract goals and objectives; and, Collaborative with University staff and other University Suppliers to advance Contract goals and objectives. Supplier Qualifications Certifications: AVEVA System Platform Certified Developer. Rockwell Automation Certified PLC Programmer. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following systems and platforms: Microsoft SQL Server BACnet communication protocol .NET Core software development Modbus protocol Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 ControlLogix PLCs CompactLogix PLCs Proficiency with Software Toolbox. In-depth knowledge of Allen Bradley systems.
