New units will have: • The same heating and cooling capacity as the original. • Operate on the same voltage and same or less amperage. • Both coils and refrigerant lines will be factory coated to resist corrosion by hydrogen sulfide gas. • Medium heat, stainless steel heat exchanger, hail guards, and NO economizer. • Existing electrical power, electrical disconnect, gas lines, and ductwork may be reused to the extent possible. Seller will be responsible for: • All crane, lifting, and rigging for installation of new unit. • Any ductwork, electrical, control wiring, or piping modifications to install new unit. • The new unit will have a condensate drain pan with overflow switch. • Roof curbs and/or roof adapters as needed, utilizing Allwine Roofing & Construction, Inc (3815 South 79th E Avenue Tulsa, Oklahoma 74145) for any work to be done on the roof for removal of old unit and installation of new unit to maintain current warranty on roof. • Installing and testing all safety devices such as duct smoke alarms. • Properly sealing the new unit to existing duct work. • Any permits required for the work. • One year warranty on workmanship. • Training for City staff covering the new uni...
