Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice Sources Sought Notice *= Required Field Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide on-site Board-Certified Interventional Radiology Physician Services for its Veteran population at VA Oklahoma City Health Care System (VAHCS). Place of Performance: The contractor will provide Interventional Radiology services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System, located at: 921 NE 13th Street, Oklahoma City, OK 73104. Type of Contract: If this Sources Sought leads to future solicitation, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. The performance period shall be five (5) years, one (1) base year and four (4) option periods. Qualifications: The Contractor shall provide a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist who is also fellowship-trained in interventional radiology to perform services onsite at the Oklahoma City VA Health Care System. All services must be performed by qualified, licensed personnel who meet or exceed the standards established by the American College of Radiology (ACR).
