Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Respondent shall provide ability to interface with Munis and EnerGov Citizens Self Service, which are considered the City ERP system. 2. The Respondent shall interface with various City secondary systems outside of Munis and EnerGov. Secondary systems currently include, but in the future may not be limited to: TriTech, RecPro, ParkMobile, Parkeon Pay Stations, Syntech Systems Fuelmaster, Tickets.com, and Chameleon. 3. The Respondent shall maintain an acceptable level of PCI compliance to minimize risks to the City. 4. The Respondent shall have the ability to support multiple merchant accounts. 5. The Respondent shall have the ability to support recurring payments, real- time processing, and ACH processing with the flexibility of payment brands accepted including Fleet Cards.
