Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Create, update annually, and publish a Broadband Development Map and Database indicating areas with and without adequate internet access and areas eligible for financial assistance • Create and update a State Broadband Plan and other planning documents • Serve as a resource for information regarding Broadband service and digital connectivity • Engage in community outreach regarding broadband expansion and adoption • Serve as an information clearinghouse in relation to federal programs and funding sources and digital connectivity • Establish a program to award grants, loans and other financial incentives to applicants for the purpose of expanding Broadband service
