It is the intent during the Agreement period, as nearly as possible, to purchase all the requirements for a full-service environmental laboratory for the analysis of biosolids and sludges by EPA Method 1633/1633A. Seller shall analyze approximately 20 samples a year based on the requirements listed below. Required Documentation Bidders must submit the following documentation with completed Bid. Failure to comply will result in Your Bid being considered non-responsive and rejected. 1. A Chain of Custody (COC) template to be used to monitor / track test samples. 2. A sample of the pdf result page that will be provided after testing, as well as a sample of the QC results. Deliverables Requirements 1. If Seller is outside of a 60-mile radius from the Wet Chemistry Laboratory, located at 5665 North 105th East Avenue, Tulsa, OK 74117, the Seller shall either provide for a courier service to pick up the samples, or provide proper shipping coolers and labels. The cost of these items, including shipping and handling, shall be included in the Bid as part of the cost. 2. The City of Tulsa projects to send five samples each quarter. Three samples will be approximately 12-16% solids. One sample is approximately 1.4 % solids, and one sample is approximately 2.5 % solids. To ensure that useful reporting limits are met, PFOA and PFOS must have a reporting limit of 10 ng/g or less for the samples that are 1-3% solids. For the samples that are 12-16% solids, PFOA and PFOS must have a reporting limit of 2 ng/g. 3. The analysis of these samples must be conducted by EPA 1633 or 1633A. 4. The Seller must provide a pdf for the certificate of analysis. Additionally, the Seller must provide an Electronic Data Deliverable (EDD) file such that the City of Tulsa can upload the results into the City’s StarLIMS software.
