Route 7 (each service date) -- Mowing Service Frequency: Tulsa Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department expects Route 7 to be completed on either a 14 or 21-day mowing cycle, to be determined by Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department Representative. Sellers will be given 1 day credit for each non-mowing day (ozone &/or rain) during one (1) mowing week. The mowing week is Monday through Saturday. Ozone days are on record. Rain day credits are at the discretion of the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department. Rain days must be requested by the Seller and approved by the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department. This is normally done by email. In the event of a disagreement between the City and the Seller on the number of rain days, it is the Seller's responsibility to provide supporting documentation. Safety, Litter, and Debris Removal: Seller shall police grounds, trail perimeters, and parking lots for debris, silt, safety issues (potholes, trip hazards, hanging limbs, obstructions), and inform Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department Representative. Litter, limbs (1" to 3” diameter), and other debris shall be removed from site.
