Specifications include, but are not limited to: OWASSO COMMUNITY CENTER OUTDOOR CLASSROOM AND GATHERING AREA PROJECT; the construction of a new outdoor classroom and gathering area at the Owasso Community Center. The work includes but is not limited to: stamped, stained and sealed concrete, retaining wall, landscaping, irrigation, seating bench, and decorative perimeter fencing.; Concrete Sealer This Section specifies an applied stain and sealer for horizontal cast-in-place concrete surfaces. 1. Stamped concrete shall be in a flagstone pattern stained a medium gray color and sealed. Pattern and stain samples shall be approved by the City prior to installation. Prepare a test area mock-up minimum 2 by 2 feet in size to verify suitability of the stain, sealer and final appearance. Test area shall be approved by the City. 2. Sealer shall be non-yellowing and have superior resistance to salts, rain, sleet, snow and minor scuffs and abrasions. Appearance shall be clear and glossy when dry. 3. Contractor shall submit manufacturer's product data and installation instructions. 4. Contactor shall have minimum 10 years’ experience producing concrete coatings. And installers shall be experienced and trained in the use of these products. PART 1 - GENERAL 1.01 WORK INCLUDED The contractor shall provide all labor, materials and appurtenances necessary for installation of the welded ornamental steel fence system. 1.02 SYSTEM DESCRIPTION The manufacturer shall supply a total fence system of Welded and Rackable (ATF – All Terrain Flexibility) Ornamental Steel design. The system shall include all components (i.e., panels, posts, and hardware) required. 1.03 QUALITY ASSURANCE The contractor shall provide laborers and supervisors who are thoroughly familiar with the type of construction involved and materials and techniques specified.
