Per Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Act, 74 O.S. § 1371(C), bids involving current employee coverage may be rejected or enrollment restricted for which the benefit price is determined to be excessive. Standalone MAPD plans will be evaluated by Best Value evaluation criteria. If a Bidder submits an HMO and an MAPD plan, and the HMO plan is rejected, then the entire bid combination will be rejected. The determination of compliance with proposal requirements shall be made by OMES/CP and EGID.
