The City of Tulsa (City) or the Tulsa Parking Authority (TPA) is seeking to engage a Successful Bidder to complete the following Parking Services regarding the Citys on-street Metered Parking System (MPS): - Meter Collection and Maintenance - Parking Violation Enforcement Consulting - Meter Financing, Provisioning, Installation, and Replacement - Parking Program Support The key goals that the City seeks to achieve through this proposed arrangement are as follows: - Enhance downtown economic development - Improve the quality of the customer experience with the MPS - Modernize MPS equipment - Employ and utilize best practices in on-street parking systems and methods and - Generate sufficient revenue to maintain the Metered Parking System. As a result of this Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the City may choose to award a contract to a responding firm or firms to provide some or all of Parking Services.
