1) All trash, debris, and tree limbs shall be picked up before mowing. 2) Lawns shall be mowed and trimmed to a height of 2” per cutting. The cutting shall be done as follows: Two times in March, weekly from April through September, two times in October, one time in November. Contractor shall be allowed to scalp the lawn only prior to the spring mowing cycle or as otherwise agreed between the parties. 3) All elements of the lawn maintenance cycle shall be completed the same day or the following day after they are started. No partial mowing will be allowed unless the weather forces delay. If rain or wet turf conditions exist, contractor shall finish the cycle as soon as favorable conditions exist. 4) All mowing and clean‐up of debris will be completed by area rather than by task, meaning that all required work in one area will be completed the same day before moving to the next area. 5) Ruts caused by equipment and/or operator error will be repaired at Contractor’s expense. Mowing shall be done in alternating directions to prevent rutting.
