The bidder will provide a complete turn-key operation to include all supplies (boxes, liners), equipment, waste monitoring, labeling (labels, markers, placards, manifests), loading, training, labor, and transportation and disposal to successfully perform this contract. Disposal must meet all applicable federal, state and municipal regulations, laws and ordinances as defined in the Oklahoma State Department of Environmental Quality Regulations Governing Management of Solid Waste. Bidder will provide standard containers with minimum dimensions of 18" x 14 ¾" x 21 ¼", approximately 4 cubic feet. The containers (boxes) must be constructed of cardboard or fiberboard of no less than two hundred pounds (200 lbs.) test strength with a "B" flute and edges sealed moisture resistant adhesive. The standard containers will also have a positive locking feature when the lid flap is closed and will have integral lifting handles formed as part of the containers.
