Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awardee will need to offer new standard/basic amenities, HUD Certified manufactured home compliant to local, state and federal building codes. Luxury items including but not limited to, granite (or other high-end) countertops, high-end appliances, stone flooring, security systems, are not eligible. Products offered shall be turn-key, with a result that is of good, sound, reliable quality. Dealer must provide the following:; • Delivery, Set, Level and Tie Down in lot designated by UniCity, Edmond OK.; • Temporary Steps and Handrails to all entries/exits; • Central Heat/ Air Unit & Installation (Window units not eligible); • Utility Hook-Up to include electric, sewer, and water services; • Minimum 5-year service contract; • Minimum 10- year warranty; • Vinyl skirting installation; • 1-year Insurance coverage; • One Bathroom Must be handicap accessible (including but not limited to: walk-in shower, low-profile shower and tub, grip bars, no slip flooring, raised toilet etc. to meet ADA standards.)
