The scope of work shall be to establish a Master Plan that will guide the City in providing desired recreational opportunities and facilities at Mitch Park. The Master Plan should provide direction for the future with specific project proposals and planning. The planning process must include, but is not limited to the following: 1. Perform an initial site visit. 2. Prepare a plan that should include enhancements or preservations such as: A. Baseball and Softball field renovations B. Existing Park facilities including (but not limited to) an amphitheater, memorial area, fitness areas, playgrounds, trail connections, skate park, maintenance yard, and disc golf C. Hardscape and plaza areas D. Site amenities including (but not limited to) shade structures, site furnishings, and trash receptacles E. Trees and landscapes 3. Analyze vehicular circulation around site, connections to different functions of the site, and analyze parking needs
