Specifications include, but are not limited to: 8.1. Physical Location 8.1.1. Must be located no more than ten (10) miles from the Education Service Center (ESC), located at 3027 S. New Haven. The physical location must be easily accessible to all TPS staff, regardless of office location (staffed in either the ESC or other sites). 8.1.2. Must be able to provide at least one large black & white digital reprographic machines and one large graphics-color digital reprographic machine onsite at ESC to handle low volume walk-up/on demand requests, which occur frequently throughout the day. Personnel to operate the equipment may be contractor or TPS employees. 8.1.3. Must have adequate parking to serve a minimum of 5 customers at any one time. 8.1.4. Must comply with Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for access. 8.2. Customer Support Requirements 8.2.1. Must provide printing services including, but not limited to: a. Layout, graphic design and review b. Bindery services including but not limited to: Collating Hole drilling Booklet making Padding Stapling Tape binding Comb binding Die cutting Perfect Bind
