Replace base trim, clamshell, 2-1/2" pine. Paint to match existing; 8 LF Interior Wall/Partition/2"x 4"x 8'/Build. Build 2" x 4" x 8' interior partition wall/ 16" O.C. (framing only). Move wall behind shower back into bedroom as close to window as possable to make bathroom biger. From ext wall to bedroom door; BATHROOM #1: 8 LF Closet Shelf Wood. Install new wood closet shelf 4 shelves. Work shall include bracing and paint (prime and two coats). In opening between ext wall and new stub wall; 3 LF Interior Wall/Partition/2"x 4"x 8'/ Build. Build 2" x 4" x 8' interior partition wall/ 16" O.C. (framing only). Frame stub wall on the right end of the shower; 1 Ea Passage Door, Jamb & Trim/Pre-Hung/Flush-Faced/Replace passage door & lockset with new pre-hung luan/ flush faced, stain grade jamb and trim. Work shall include Stain & Clear Coat to match.. Replace 3' pocket door with a 3' door. Swing into hallway; 32 SF Subfloor/ Remove the existing flooring. Replaces subfloor with new 3/4" smooth plywood.
