Replace the fascia board at the front of the house, then reinstall the metal fascia cover. Home owner has the missing metal. GARAGE: 2 Ea Grab Bar/Stainless Steel. Install new stainless steel grab bar. Owner shall determine Install location.2- 24" grab bars at the door in the garage, install one on each side of the door at the steps.
