Replace damaged fascia on the north side of the house. Match exsisting; BATHROOM #1: 44 SF Overlay sub-floor with 3/8 AC plywood. EXTERIOR: 20 LF Rafter Tail/Replace rafter tail. Sister new rafter tail to existing. Sister onto the rafters on the back porch and cover with vynal sofit; 590 SF Siding/vinyl/Replace/Repair. Replace damaged siding with new vinyl Siding.
