Seller shall mow all areas with appropriate mower. Mow small turf areas, around trees, signage, fence lines, shelters, edges, monuments, columbarium’s, etc., with small area trim mowers. No clippings may be discharged onto hard surfaces, into flowerbeds or any other planting areas, into shelters, or monuments. The height of the cut shall be no greater than 2.5” for cool season grasses and no less than 1" for warm season grasses. Cutting height is at the Public Works Department’s discretion and typically averages 1 1/2". Mowing quality is inspected and approved by the Public Works Inspector. Misses, striping, laying the grass over, mowing trash, etc. will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to require a site to be re-mowed at no extra charge. Late charges of $25.00 a day will apply in no compliance, poor performance situations.
