Specifications include, but are not limited to: Mowing, trimming, edging, blowing; Bed & Island Weeding; Perennial Maintenance; Mulch Install; Turf Care Early Spring; Turf Care Spring; Turf Care Early Summer ; Turf Care Summer; Turf Care Early Fall; Turf Care Fall; 2.1 The contractor is expected to provide up to thirty (30) mowing, trimming and edging of all grass areas, blowing clean all sidewalks and courtyard areas. 2.2 The contractor is expected to provide up to seven (7) services of clearing all bed and island areas of all weeds and trash; properly feeding and trimming of all perennials. 2.3 The contractor is expected to apply seven (7) application of all necessary preemergent, herbicide and fertilizer to cover early spring, spring, early summer, summer, early fall, fall and winterize application to insure proper weed control and growth. 2.4 The contractor is to install cypress mulch as necessary to keep proper coverage of bed and island areas. 2.5 The contractor is expected to perform three (3) clean up applications: spring cleanup of all debris, sticks, leaves and trash; two (2) fall cleanup of all debris, sticks, leaves and trash.
