Specifications include, but are not limited to: GREATER DOWNTOWN TRANSIT PROJECT NEPA ENVIRONMENTAL STUDY AND SERVICES. Project Team ManagementWorking in concert with the Project Management Plan (PMP), the CONSULTANT will develop a programstructure for the execution of Project tasks which will include a refinement of the organizational informationcontained in the PMP. Subtasks to be developed for command and control of the Project include but theproposal will define the consultant s task description.During the administration and performance of the Project, the CONSULTANT will:Develop and maintain project schedule/progress tracking (to be updated as needed)Develop Project Management Plan and QA/QC Plan as well as other management system materialsnecessary to implement the Project (updated as needed)Develop and maintain project budget/tracking (updated as needed)Develop monthly invoicesDevelop monthly progress reportsPrepare for, participate in and develop meeting notes for periodic Project status meetings viateleconferencingPrepare for, participate, and develop meeting notes for meetings with FTADocument and database management and administration procedures (updated as needed)Program website materials development, as neededSubcontract administration
