Specifications include, but are not limited to: •Interface and coordinate (for sampling, etc.) regularly and effectively with the ISSevaluation team, who will be the liaison with OK DHS•Revise interview guide based on expertise and review of other materials•Submit information for IRB modifications to the project team•Conduct 30 to 35 (mothers and fathers) interviews between March 15thand October31st, whichever comes first•Transcribe, code, and analyze all interviews•Produce a final report for OK DHS to be included with the overall ISS evaluationdocuments, to be delivered 2 months after the interview goal or timeline cut off is met•Produce a final presentation and brief on the results to state agency stakeholders andproviders.
