ROAM Studios, Oklahoma City, OK, has created attractive, unique design for illuminated monument signs for installation at SCIP”. The signs feature interchangeable panels that may be switched depending on SCIP’s tenant lineup. Due to continuing fluctuating prices and the unknown costs surrounding the project, the Authority is uncertain if there are enough funds to build both signs. The first installation is to be installed within a private easement lying on the NW corner of SCIP Lot 2A, which is the southeast corner of the intersection of American Avenue and NE 23rd Street. The RFP contains also an option for a second sign to be installed within a private easement located on the NE corner of SCIP Lot 3G, which lies at the southwest corner of the intersection of Soldier Street and NE 23rd Street. There is also an option for utilizing solar power lighting on the sign(s) in lieu of permanent electric service. The project shall be considered “completed” following the proper installation of the sign(s) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth Section 2D.
