The objective of this request for proposals is to solicit the services of an Eviction Company that can provide services relating to preparing and filing affidavit and summons of eviction / forcible entry and detainer, serve summons, legal representation, and correspondence to tenant on behalf of THA, AHPS and its affiliate entities. 1. Provider shall be able to prepare and file of Evictions Forcible Entry and Detainers 2. Provider shall file the affidavit, summons, proof of service, and filing of the Journal Entry Dismissal 3. The provider shall include the Process Server duties including providing them to the tenant. 4. Services shall include certified mailings of all correspondences, affidavit and summons. 5. Services shall include Plaintiff Executions of 48-hour lock notices. 6. File and Sheriff Execution / 48-hour lockouts notifications to tenants as needed. 7. Legal representation as needed by attorney / legal counsel on all court hearings. 8. Mail all five (5) day notices via certified mail to tenants.
