Specifications include, but are not limited to: Flexible to accommodate changing requirements and conditions as needed during the life of the contract. Expandable and reducible, as needed, to meet Contract goals and objectives. Collaborative with University staff and other University Suppliers to advance Contract goals and objectives. Supplier Qualifications Must be capable of assessing, installing, disassembling, removing, modifying, and/or relocating new and/or pre-existing Goods as requested by the University. Pre-existing Goods may or may not have originated from Supplier. Supplier reserves the right to deny provision of Goods and Services involving pre-existing Goods and Services during consultation. Must have any certifications required to assess, install disassemble, remove, modify, and relocate new and/or existing Goods. Must be willing to collaborate with the University on adhering to project timelines. Must comply with applicable codes and laws affecting Goods and Services provided by Supplier including, but not limited to,: International Building Code International Fire Code Existing Building Code International Fuel Gas Code International Mechanical Code International Plumbing Code National Electric Code (NFPA 70) Health Care Facilities Code (NFPA 99)
