Specifications include, but are not limited to: Strategic Goals ● Reduce cost. ● Improve efficiency. ● Optimize resources. ● Improve the ability to comply with laws and regulations. ● Improve the capability for timely and actionable business management reporting. ● Understand, plan, and execute organizational changes needed to support a system-wide ERP for the University by eliminating redundancies and streamlining business department structures. Primary Project Goals ● Merge multiple applications into single instances of Financials and HCM for use by all campuses. ○ Merge data from the Norman Financials into HSC Financials application. ○ Merge data from one HCM application into the other. ○ Implement the most current, appropriate versions of the PeopleSoft and PeopleTools applications available to us. ● Standardize business processes across the University system by conforming, redesigning, and eliminating campus-specific, disparate methods for performing standard business functions.
