Primary Project Goals ● Merge multiple applications into single instances of Financials and HCM for use by all campuses. ○ Merge data from the Norman Financials into HSC Financials application. ○ Merge data from one HCM application into the other. ○ Implement the most current, appropriate versions of the PeopleSoft and PeopleTools applications available to us. ● Standardize business processes across the University system by conforming, redesigning, and eliminating campus-specific, disparate methods for performing standard business functions.
