Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes all new mechanical, electrical, and lighting. New walls and ceilings will only be required to facilitate new HVAC system as required to complete the project. Engineer will be responsible for all low voltage systems to include clocks, intercom, burglary, data, voice, access control and video surveillance. Existing interactive white boards and television will be part of each project. The engineering firm will be responsible for all owner coordination items including furniture moving and owner cleaning schedule. Engineer will be responsible to coordinate owner/contractor training and warranty items. All specifications and bidding requirements must comply with the Public Competitive Bid Act and shall be developed by the engineer. All construction for each project must be completed during the 10 week summer schedule
