1. There are currently 52 vehicles in the fleet. 2. Priority Service for Public Safety (Law Enforcement Vehicles) – Must be given first priority for all maintenance and repair work to ensure minimal downtime. 3. Pick-Up and Delivery – Must provide pick-up and delivery services for vehicles ensuring quality and performance. 4. The successful bidder must provide GM parts or equivalent for repairs and maintenance, with warranties on all parts and labor. 5. ASE Certified Mechanics – All mechanics working on our fleet must be ASE certified to ensure the highest level of expertise and professionalism in servicing law enforcement vehicles. 6. The successful bidder must have ability to acquire state bid pursuit-rated tires for law enforcement and ability to properly mount, ensuring quality and performance. 7. Upon completion of any service or maintenance performed on a vehicle, the successful bidder is required to return the vehicle in a clean and wellmaintained condition. This includes ensuring that the vehicle is free from any grease, dirt, dust, debris, or other substances that may have been introduced during the repair process or while the vehicle was in storage awaiting repairs. 8. Collision Center – Successful bidder must have a certified collision center capable of performing repairs on vehicles that have been involved in accidents or require body work.
