Specifications include, but are not limited to: Live work sessions with CNE Management to detail the sports betting line of business; explain the variety of operating models, and develop strategic plan for CNE’s commercial operation in Arkansas as well as our tribal operations in Oklahoma. Provide CNE with market assessment report explaining the market size/revenue potential of the various markets in which CNE intends to operate. Based on market potential, provide CNE with economic impacts of each operating model. Assist CNE in developing RFP(s) for sports betting operations and technology partners. Advise CNE on evaluating RFP responses and due diligence process of potential partners. Modify, if needed, the consulting firm’s developed material to meet any unique CNE differences in structures, or terminology. Provide follow up support for up to 80 hours over the course of six months after end of engagement to include both consulting/training in respect to CNE sports betting operations.
