1. Design and Deliver Three (3) 2-bedroom 2 full bath Modular homes to the designated site located at 19028 E. 840 Rd. Parkhill, Oklahoma 74451- Across from Key's elementary school. 2. Homes will be a minimum of 785 Sq. Feet. 3. Homes will be Total Electric 4. The manufacturer must notify HACN of any requirements that we must meet for the homes to be received and set on site. 5. HACN will provide foundations 6. Modulars must be on foundations by September 30, 2025. 7. Homes must be built using 2018 IRC (International Residential Code) or better 8. Floor Plan must be included 9. Footing Plan must be included 10.Approved Building Design plan for fabrication must be included with all attachments as required by law 11. Must include all Compliance certificates and International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) Energy Efficiency Certificates as applicable and required by law 12.Structural Design Reports as applicable and required by law. 13.Approved Installation and permitting must be submitted prior to the placement of the structure on the site as required by law.
